TikaTours Georgia is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Tour Manager.

If you have a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills, and a keen understanding of the tourism industry, we invite you to apply for this full -time exciting position.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Type of Employment: Full time / 40 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Developing and Promoting Tour Packages:

Create attractive and marketable tour packages to showcase the beauty and diversity of Georgia.
Utilize various digital channels to effectively promote tour packages and reach a wider audience.

2. Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer support through email, phone, and social media platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Travel Arrangements:

Arrange travel logistics for customers, including hotel reservations and other tourism components.
Ensure seamless and enjoyable travel experiences for customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Proven Work Experience:

Demonstrated work experience in the tourism industry

2. Educational Background:

Degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a relevant field.

3. Geographical Knowledge:

Sound knowledge of the geography of Georgia to assist in creating immersive and culturally rich tour packages.

4. Decision-Making Skills:

Ability to make correct decisions quickly, especially in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

5. Language Skills:

Fluency in written and spoken English and Georgian languages is essential;
Multilingualism is a plus.

6. Stress and Time Management:

Effective stress management skills to handle challenging situations.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
