Duties

Room cleaning and service: cleaning rooms, changing fabrics, replenishing toiletries, etc. Maintenance of public areas: ensure the hygiene of the front desk, lobby, stairs and other public areas of the hotel. Safety and inspection: check whether the guest room equipment is intact, and report faults in a timely manner. Customer service: respond to customer needs politely and respect customer privacy.
