Assist in managing day-to-day operations.

Manage customers and partners within your portfolio: You have a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics, can prioritize customer demands, and effectively communicate customer needs to local ground transportation suppliers.
Reach out to new partners: You are capable of engaging new partnerships for target destinations.
Analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking: You can act wisely under pressure, always offering solutions rather than excuses.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Fluency in English is essential, both verbal and written (Turkish is a huge plus).
Affinity for or experience in e-commerce and/or the travel industry is a plus.
Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Accurate, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A team player who is self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.
Positive attitude.
Availability to travel.
Availability to work remotely with daily reporting.
Flexible working hours.
